marzmula (Phoenix, AZ, US) Start by saying I love the hair it’s the best I’ve ordered once before, which is why I came back. I ordered during Black Friday and would’ve gave 5 stars but I had two problems first was the initial length I ordered apparently was out of stock so they offered a shorter length and I needed my hair done for a trip so I just went with it, but then when I went back the next day the length was available. Also was supposed to get a free bonnet but didn’t arrive with the order. Although the hair is great I prefer 24in (ordered 22in but due to it being “out of stock” ended up with a 20in) so I straightened the hair to make it longer and adore it! But yes if it wasn’t for those two issues I’d give 5 stars because the hair is great and versatile and does last and will be back for more but probably just order the normal way so I can get the length I prefer. I also cut a part down the middle of my wig and don’t wear it the typical half wig way
