Because of our made-to-order production model, our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy is designed to maintain fairness while protecting the integrity of our handcrafted products.

1. Return Eligibility
Custom Orders
All Custom Orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
This includes any made-to-order custom units and any order with custom enhancements (e.g., custom color, custom cut). Please review all specifications carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy.
Non-Custom Orders
For Non-Custom Orders, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

Eligibility Window: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. No exceptions.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns (see Section 2 for details).

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is required due to a verified mistake or oversight on our part.
Clearance & Sale Items
All Clearance, Final Sale, and Promotional items are non-refundable and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
2. About Restocking Fees
Because each Baibe Official order is made-to-order and your specific selections are sourced directly through our global manufacturing partners, production begins shortly after purchase. Restocking fees help offset the direct costs associated with material sourcing, production coordination, and quality control. Once an order enters fulfillment, materials and labor are allocated exclusively to that piece — even if it has not yet shipped — which is why these fees are necessary to maintain the integrity of our made-to-order process.
These fees allow us to maintain consistent pricing, ensure fairness across all customers, and uphold the craftsmanship standards of our made-to-order model. Restocking fees are automatically deducted from your refund amount once your return or cancellation is processed.

3) Return Process
If your order qualifies under the eligibility terms above, please follow the process below:

Request Authorization: Contact our Customer Care team at contact@baibeofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Approval & Instructions: If eligible, you’ll receive a Return Authorization and shipping details.

Ship Promptly: Approved returns must be shipped within 3 business days of approval, and tracking information must be provided. Returns not shipped within this timeframe will no longer be eligible for processing.

Packaging: Pack items securely in original packaging with all included materials.

Track & Insure: It is strongly recommended to use a trackable and insured shipping method when returning items to safeguard against transit loss or damage. Baibe Official is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit when returned without tracking or insurance coverage.
4) Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
Once your returned item has been delivered to our return address, please allow 1–2 business days for us to retrieve it from our P.O. Box and complete an initial inspection.

Refunds are typically processed and received within 2–7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

You will receive a Refund Confirmation Email once your refund has successfully been processed out of our system.

Approved refunds are issued minus the applicable restocking fee and any shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Once your returned item has been received and verified, processing for your new product will begin. Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to retrieve your package from our P.O. Box and complete the initial inspection.

If there is a price difference between your original item and your requested exchange, we will either:

Issue a refund for the difference, or
-
Send an invoice for the remaining balance prior to fulfillment.

A new fulfillment window will apply and begin to all replacement or exchange orders, as each item is made-to-order and prepared upon approval. This new window begins only after your return has been received, inspected, and verified.

Once your replacement has shipped, you’ll automatically receive a new Shipping Confirmation Email with your updated tracking number and a direct tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.
5) Damaged or Defective Items
We stand proudly behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Baibe Official product. Each item undergoes multiple quality control checks prior to shipment.
Please note that concerns based on personal preference—such as style, texture variation, density, or color tone differences—do not qualify as defects.
If you believe your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at contact@baibeofficial.com with:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue (before use or installation)
Eligibility Requirements:

Item must be unused and in the same condition received.

Damage must be verified as related to manufacturing or transit, not handling or wear.
If your item meets the eligibility requirements, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement for verified damage or defect. Please follow the steps below to proceed:

Return Shipping Deadline: Approved defective items must be shipped back within 3 business days of approval. Returns shipped after this timeframe are no longer eligible for review, replacement, or refund. We will provide all return shipping details and instructions to ensure a smooth process.

Refund Option:

If you choose a refund, processing begins once your returned item is received and verified.

Refunds are typically received within 2–7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Replacement Option:

If you choose a replacement, you must return the defective item before production can begin.

A new fulfillment window will apply to all replacements, as each item is made-to-order and prepared from scratch upon approval.

While we’ll do our best to expedite this process, fulfillment timeframes will still depend on product type and production schedule.

Once your replacement has shipped, you’ll automatically receive a new Shipping Confirmation Email with your updated tracking number and link to monitor your order in real time.
6. Order Cancellations
Within 48 Hours
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.. To request a cancellation, email contact@baibeofficial.com with your order number.
After 48 Hours
Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 10% restocking fee due to materials sourcing, labor scheduling, and production costs initiated at the time of order.
Refunds are processed and received back to your original payment method within 2–7 business days depending on your financial institution. If you haven’t received your refund after that time:

Check your bank or card statement.

Contact your card issuer or financial institution.

Email us for assistance if still unresolved.
7. Important Notes

Refunds and replacements are only issued to the original payment method.

Returns without prior authorization or outside the eligibility window will not be accepted.

We do not issue refunds for orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned without approval.
