The Invitation

A private oasis, reserved entirely for you.

For one Sunday afternoon, we’re taking over a private oasis in Atlanta and turning it into the Baibe Official Beach Club — champagne at the door, coconuts at the bar, photo ops everywhere you turn, and a small group of creators we chose ourselves.

This is also where BAISE by Baibe Official makes its debut. Our clean haircare line launches here first, in front of you, before anyone else in the world has touched it.

We only have room for thirty guests, and we’ve invited more creators than that. Seats are given in the order they’re confirmed — once they’re full, they’re full. We’d really love yours to be one of them.

This invitation is yours alone. Please don’t share this page or forward the link — the guest list is closed and was curated carefully, seat by seat. And if you find you can’t make it, just let us know in advance so we can open your spot to someone else.

A clean haircare collection built for Baibe Official hair — formulated for curls and natural hair, for the same textures we’ve spent years perfecting on the extension side.

You’ll see it demonstrated live, use it yourself at the Hair Bar, and take the full collection home before it goes on sale.

You’re among the first people in the world to try it.

Dress Code

Resort chic, in black and white.

Elevated poolside swimwear — linen, silk, crochet, sculptural swim. Gold is the only accent.

And if you can, we’d love for you to get in the pool. The water is part of the day.

Your Hair

We want you in your Baibe Official hair.

That’s the look. It’s a room full of curls, cameras, and the best photographers we could book — and wearing your Baibe Official hair means every frame you’re in already looks like the brand.

Some styles we love, and would love to see on you: curly and wavy flip-over half wigs, clip-ins, and V-part wigs, braids with our boho and crochet hair, or any curly or wavy texture you already have.

The Hair Bar stays open all afternoon, so getting in the water won’t cost you your photos.

The Commitment

Three pieces of content over thirty days.

Attending the Beach Club means partnering with us on content. We’re asking you to create and post three pieces over the campaign period, and to share the raw content with us for our own channels.

There is no script and no shot list. Stay in your own format and your own voice — that’s the reason you were invited. These are simply the three moments we’d love you to cover.

Event preparation

Within 48 hours

A Get Ready With Me, or whatever getting ready looks like for you — wearing your Baibe Official hair, on your way to the Beach Club.

Event recap

Within one week

Your experience at the Beach Club — a recap, vlog, or day-in-the-life. Voiceover preferred.

BAISE feature

Within thirty days

One piece dedicated to the collection and how you’re using it.

Tag @baibeofficial and @baise in all three, share your Baibe Partner Network code, keep them live for ninety days, and send us the raw files so we can share them on our channels too.

After the Beach Club

You leave with your own code and link.

Every guest joins the Baibe Partner Network as an Influencer. You’ll get a unique code and link to share in your content, and anyone who shops through it earns you store credit toward your next Baibe Official order.

Include your code in your Beach Club content so we can see what you brought in — and keep using it long after the pool dries off. The credit doesn’t stop when the campaign does.

Questions

A few things you might be wondering.

What should I do if I can’t attend after RSVPing?

Please let us know as soon as possible by replying to your confirmation email. Since spots are limited and invite-only, we ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer your spot to another creator on our waitlist.

Will Baibe Official provide hair for the event?

We’ll be reaching out to every creator individually once you’ve RSVP’d. If you already have your Baibe Official hair, we’ll help you decide what to wear on the day. If you don’t have yours yet, we’ll be in touch about getting you sorted in time for the event.

Can I bring a guest, photographer, or plus-one?

This is an intimate, curated guest list, so we’re keeping attendance to confirmed creators only. We’ll also have professional photographers on site, and we’ll provide all captured photos following the event.

What if I don’t have black-and-white resort wear or one of the suggested hairstyles?

We want you to feel confident and comfortable. The dress code and hair suggestions are guidelines to keep the content cohesive — as long as you stay within the black-and-white palette with gold accents and wear your Baibe Official hair in some form, you’re all set.

Will Baibe Official use the photos and videos taken during the event?

Yes. A professional photographer and videographer will be capturing content throughout the event, and Baibe Official may use this footage across our social media, website, and marketing materials. By attending, you’re agreeing to be featured in this content alongside your own creator deliverables, as outlined in the Creator Campaign Agreement.
