Route is a fully licensed shipping protection partner, including an insurance policy underwritten by established providers. They handle all claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Route’s system helps resolve issues instantly for most customers—less hassle, fewer manual refunds, and fast resolution without needing to start a carrier claim yourself.
How to File a Claim
- If anything goes wrong with your delivery, check the email from Route for your unique link, or use the Route app.
- Follow the quick prompts to file a claim
- You must wait at least 7 days and file within 30 days.

Depending on evidence provided, route will decide if your order will be refunded and if so, they will issue a refund.
Route Protection is optional, but it gives you extra assurance for those “what if” moments during shipping. You’re not buying insurance from us, you’re purchasing protection through Route.
