The fulfillment window refers to the period during which we will ship your unit. It does not refer to the delivery date of your item. The fulfillment window is the time period that allows us to process your order.

All of our pieces are made-to-order and not pre-stocked or pre-made. Each item is custom-constructed by our dedicated overseas production team after your order is placed and processed. Because our products are fully customizable, from the texture, length, and size to the construction type, it isn’t feasible to pre-make or warehouse every possible variation. Your unit is crafted specifically for you based on the specs you selected at checkout, which is exactly what makes our process and products so special.

• Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush, starting from the ends.

• Air dry or diffuse instead of blow-drying to retain the natural wave.

Yes! With proper care, our hair can last anywhere from 1 to 3+ years. To maximize its lifespan, we always recommend:

• Using quality, sulfate-free products

• Regular detangling and deep conditioning

• Protecting the hair at night (bonnet, silk pillowcase, etc.)

• Limiting excessive heat or product buildup

In general, we don’t fully recommend applying high heat to our virgin curly extensions. The curl pattern is created through a steam-processing method, which can be compromised with frequent or high-temperature heat styling. This often leads to loosened curls and, over time, may cause dryness or shedding, especially if moisture isn't replenished.

If you do want to straighten the hair occasionally, we recommend:

• Using a flat iron at no higher than 350°F
• Always with a quality heat protectant. And most importantly,
• Deep condition the hair immediately after straightening to restore moisture and elasticity. 

If you’re looking for more styling flexibility in the future (switching between curly and straight), our Raw Hair Collection might be a better fit, it’s 100% unprocessed and designed to handle frequent heat styling while bouncing back to its natural texture.

• Our Flip-Over Half Wigs are intentionally designed for the majority of the hair to be styled backward in the direction of the tracks, not pulled entirely forward or parted in a way that would expose the tracks. 

• The internal construction and track placement are strategically done to offer lightweight comfort in the back, flexibility at the crown, and maximum volume around the perimeter where the hair is meant to blend with your leave-out.

While virgin hair may be uncolored, it is often steam-processed to create uniform textures. Raw hair, on the other hand, is completely untouched, making it more delicate and in need of intentional care. It responds to product, heat, and styling just like your own hair would.

• Raw Indian hair is 100% unprocessed human hair. It hasn’t been steam-textured, dyed, or chemically treated in any way. This means it comes in its most natural state, often featuring a soft wave pattern, light frizz, and a coarser texture.

• These natural characteristics make Raw Indian hair extremely versatile and ideal for blending with your own hair, especially for leave-outs and sew-ins.
